- 2003-2004 Assessment of Southern University and A & M College Strategic Plan 2003-08
- There are three major components which service as the foundation supporting the strategic plan.
- All three are necessary and work in unison as the conceptual “building blocks” of the strategic plan.
- The core of the Southern University and A & M College Strategic Plan: 2003-2008 was generated during the planning retreat that occurred February 14-15, 2003 and the final revision of the document was completed in May, 2003.
- This can be attributed to the commitment of the University community that holistically developed this blueprint for the future of the University.
- It must be noted that this is a five year plan and some of the actions are scheduled to begin several years in the future.
